Basically, the minimum tally unit calculation formula to be booked is according to the number of invitations we expect divided 4 hours when the event function takes place. We will get an average number of invitations in an hour.
This amount will then be divided by 40 (a tent per unit generally can accommodate 40 people at a time).
We will get a minimum estimated number of tent units to be used for invitations.
